Shipping Information

While we ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday please allow 3-4 days for processing + shipping time, weekend and holiday orders will be shipped on Monday Weekend orders are considered anything placed Friday - Sunday. Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 3-10 business days.

We use both UPS or USPS  depending on the weather. If you need your package to arrive via a specific provider please notate in the notes section on your order.

Need it in a hurry? 2-Day Delivery is available for an extra charge. The shipping time begins once the tracking label has been scanned at the shipping facility. 

Second Day Air is ONLY available between Thanksgiving Day and December 17. Second Day Air will be shipped via UPS 2Day service. We will strive to ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business date. 

Due to the remote nature of our location in Mammoth Lakes and the severe weather we often receive, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take 1-3 business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be systemically possible.

 

Shipping charges are based upon the pretax value of the order.
